Q1. Can tourists shop from Korean online stores?
Yes, you can. However, many Korean online stores require Korean mobile phone verification to create an account, so getting started isn't always easy.
Fortunately, some reliable stores offer a more convenient option for international customers. These stores allow you to sign up using your email address and pay with an international credit card.
You can find a list of these online stores under “4 K-Online Stores for Shopping” on the Ship2Seoul website. Prices are generally the same as those offered to Korean customers. We will continue adding more stores as we verify that they are accessible to international users.
Ship2Seoul also provides a Korean delivery address and mobile phone number for tourist. Simply use them as your shipping information, and we'll safely store your packages until you arrive in Korea.

Some hotels may accept packages before your arrival, but policies vary depending on the hotel. Many hotels only accept packages shortly before check-in and may not be able to store packages for a long time.
