1. Pricing (including box weight)
▶ Under 5kg US$7 (within 2 weeks of package arrival)
▶ From 5kg to 10kg US$11 (within 2 weeks of package arrival)
※ US$1/day storage fee applies after 2 weeks from arrival(from 13th day).
※ Maximum weight accepted is 10Kg. Packages over 10Kg will be returned to sender.
※ Extra fee will be charged for massive oversized package.
2. Pickup & Storage Rules
ID Required for Pickup
Please present your Passport for secure the packages.
2 Weeks Free Storage
Free storage starts on the day your package arrives at Ship2Seoul. Packages held over 2 weeks will incur US$1/day storage fee.
※ Smart Tip for Travelers: Delivery within Korea is extremely fast (usually takes 2–4 days). To avoid extra storage fees, we highly recommend purchasing your items within 5~10 days prior to your pickup date.
Disposal Policy
Packages left unclaimed for more than 30 days from the arrival date will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of without prior notice.
No Liability for Contents
Ship2Seoul only provides proxy reception and storage. We do not open your packages. We are not responsible for any inner item damages, defects, or wrong deliveries caused by the shopping malls or domestic couriers.
Prohibited Items
We strictly do not accept fresh/frozen/perishable foods, hazardous materials, or illegal items. Any such items will be rejected or returned immediately.
Flexible Luggage Assistance
While we are a specialized online parcel storage service, we understand the hassle of traveling! If you need to briefly set aside your suitcase while picking up your parcels, please let us know in advance—we will do our best to accommodate you.
